Living Accommodations
Campers live in rustic cabins (no electricity) or dormitory style housing with their counselors. Showers and toilets are located nearby.
Requests
We try our best to accommodate request for friends and relatives to be assigned in the same cabin if they are of the same gender and same age. To avoid confusion, these requests must be made in writing along with the application of both campers. No requests will be taken over the phone. As space is limited. No Guarantees
Arrival/Registration Times
Traditional overnight report to Andrews Hall with all required gear for camp on Sundays between
3pm and 4pm. Day campers will report on Monday to Andrews Hall between 7:30 AM & 8:30 AM.
HC campers arrive Sundays at 1:30 PM. HC campers should first check in with stable manager for stall assignments and turn in all horse paperwork. Then, unload horse and tack and report to Andrews Hall with all camper information and medications. At this time you will register and be seen by the nurse.
HL Campers
and Saddle Up Campers report to Andrews Hall on Sundays between 1:30 pm and
3pm with camper information and medication. At this time you will register and be seen by the nurse.
Departure Times
Traditional parents are invited to arrive at 5:00pm on Fridays and attend the closing ceremony. Campers must report to Andrews Hall to be dismissed by their cabin counselors after the ceremony. At this time you will sign a departure form and pick up medications and gear.
HC and HL parents are invited to arrive to the demonstration and awards ceremony on Fridays
at 2pm. Saddle up camper parents are invited
to the demonstration award ceremony at 4 pm. HC and HL campers must check out with stable manager after stripping stall, returning tools, equipment, etc. HC horses should leave by 5pm. After barn manager signs campers and horses out, campers must report to Andrews Hall. Then, parents will sign departure form pick up medications and gear.
CAMP STORE
The camp store is open on Sunday and Friday. Camp t-shirts may be purchased during this time.
PARKING
Horse trailers and vehicles must be parked in the stable area parking lot when registering at Andrews Hall. All other vehicles must be parked in the parking lot across the road from Andrews Hall. Do Not drive horse trailers to Andrews Hall.
MAIL
Campers love to receive mail. Please send letters by Tuesday so they arrive before Friday. Address as follows:

In case you are not familiar with bunk1, they provide our website's password-protected community features. During the summer we offer "bunknotes". Bunknotes allow you to send one-way e-mails to your camper, easily and securely, directly through our site. The office will distribute these e-mails along with our regular mail, all summer long.
Security
To further insure the safety of your camper, we are continuing our overnight security service. Security Guard will patrol the grounds.
Medical
A nurse is on duty at all times and a physician is on call. All campers must arrive with completed, updated medical forms for the nurse's health review. All medications are to be given to the nurse at this time. All medications must be administered be the camp nurse. All campers are required to have had a physical prior to the camp year. The health and immunization forms must be completed and signed by private physician. The form must be turned in upon check-in. Without this form your child CANNOT stay at camp. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Information Packets
After campers register for camp, they will receive a packet containing forms and information on what to bring to camp, etc. However, if there are any questions, please phone (508) 885-4891.
POLICIES FOR ALL CAMPERS
Registrations
A $25.00 charge for all returned checks. Deposits are non-refundable or transferable. All camper registrations must be in the office no later than June 1st.
Refunds
Refunds will NOT be issued when a camper is dismissed for violation of camp rules. No refunds are given if the camper leaves due to homesickness. Refunds only apply to 50% of tuition minus $100.00 non-refundable deposit with physician letter or veternarian letter.
Cancellation before June 1st, will receive a refund, minus deposit of $100.00 plus $25.00 handling fee per week per camper. There will be no refunds after June 1st. All refunds will be sent during the month of September.
General Policies
Visitors must register at the camp office with the Office Staff. At this time, a camp-pass ID will be given to the visitor. Upon departure, visitor must sign out of camp office.
Smoking, alcohol and drugs are forbidden.
Campers found to be using these substances will be immediately asked to leave.
Phone calls to campers disrupt the camp program and will not be permitted, except in an emergency.
Food in cabins is prohibited because of little four legged visitors.
Please leave all valuables and money at home. Camp is not responsible for any lost items. Do Not bring cell phones or pagers.
All campers and staff are required to help with daily chores.
HC - No stallions, nursing mares, foals.
HC - Unruly or lame horses will not be allowed to stay at camp.
HC - A current Coggins test. Spring shots, and strangles inoculation are required along with veterinarian's certificate. Have this information ready for the barn manager upon arrival. Do not send to camp.
Out of state horses must be 6 months current Coggins. Spring shots and Strangles inoculation.
